Headed by David Lowe (Sabomnim) and a staff of expert instructors and managers, including Dakota Ritz, Mike Holmstrom, Darlene Lowe, Paul Cell, Golden Fist Martial Arts offers a number of programs for physical fitness and instruction in martial arts.
